たしか この週に 展覧会があるんですよね？
Don't you have an exhibition coming up this week?
KEN
はい、月曜 火曜 そして水曜日です。
Yes, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
月曜日はオープニングセレモニーで 招待客だけです。
Monday is the special opening by invitation only.
火曜と水曜日は 一般公開で夜からはコンサートもあります。
Tuesday and Wednesday are open to the public and in the evening there are music concerts.

どんな展覧会なの？
What kind of exhibit is it?
KEN
「男の生活」というものです。
It's called : Valise-a man's life.
そして 25人が 彼らの生活のためのカバンを見せます。
And twenty-five men are showing the bag for their life.

あなたは どんなカバンを展示するの？
What kind of bag are you showing?
KEN
私は デティバッグを展示します。
I'm showing a ditty bag.
JUN
デティバッグってなんですか？
What does ditty bag mean?
KEN
それは 船乗りのためのカバンです。
It's a bag for sailors.
船乗り専用(の特別)品を作る人です。
Especially sailmakers.
JUN
あなたは 船乗り専用品の職人ですか？
Are you a sailmaker ?
KEN
正確には違います。
Not exactly.
なぜなら 船の為に作るわけで無いからです、でも、ロープや紐 針と糸を使います。
Because I don't make sails , but I use rope, line, needle and thread.
そうして ブレスレット、ネックレス、キーフォルダーそれからベルトを作ります。
I also make bracelets, necklaces, key holders and belts.

今回の展覧会では どんな種類の編んだ紐を展示するの？
What kind of rope did you make for this exhibit?
KEN
カバンのハンドルを作りました。
I made the handles.

音楽のゲストは誰ですか？
Who is the musical guest?
KEN
朝ドラ…あまちゃんの 大友(良英)さんの予定てす。
It will be Ohtomo-san from the morning drama...Amachan.

じぇじぇじぇ…それは素晴らしい。
